One might think that a town the size of Sedona, with an average population of 10,000, would not have such a fantastic selection of natural grocery stores, but our health-conscious community is home to three! New Frontiers, recently bought out by Whole Foods is the longest established organic health food and supplement store in Sedona. In addition, we also have an independently owned Rinzai’s market as well as Natural Grocers. These three combine to offer most anything in the holistic and healthy lifestyle genre. Everything from supplements, essential oils, raw nuts, cheeses, organic produce, etc.

In addition to the above-mentioned, our three mainstream grocers: Safeway and Bashas in West Sedona and Weber’s in the Village of Oak Creek have upped the ante and added many organic and healthy options to their shelves.

Never fear that a move to Sedona would cramp your grocery shopping style. Plus in our small town you can almost guarantee to run into at least one familiar face when getting your goods – yet another reason that we love living in Sedona! Although we wouldn’t complain about the addition of a Trader Joe’s, Costco or Target (not going to happen) Sedona is only an hours drive away from these chain stores. Personally, we make a day out of going to Prescott, Flagstaff or even Phoenix and stocking up.
