Greetings from Rob & Pam Schabatka – Broker/Owners of RE/MAX Sedona…
Are you intrigued by history? If so, you will love living in the middle of numerous historic sightseeing opportunities in the southwest. Travelling to places like Jerome, Old Town Cottonwood, Fort Verde State Historic Park and Montezuma’s Castle (all within 30 minutes of Sedona) will have you feeling like you are a world away.
All Arizona Historic Monuments are distinct but Montezuma’s Castle National Monument is one-of-a-kind! Possibly the oldest and most preserved Native American cliff dwellings in the southwest, Montezuma’s Castle is one historic site that you won’t want to miss.
How to Get There
Travel 25 miles south on Interstate 17 and Exit on 289 to find yourself surrounded by hundreds of years “Indian” history.
How Much Does it Cost?
Bring the whole family because entering the National Monument only costs $5 per adult over 16 and children enter for free.
