RV and boat parking is allowed in the parking lot while you are in residence, and there are 4 EV (electric vehicle) charging stations which are free for owners and guests. Re the HOA: Please note they told me they only provide information to owners about fees and transfers to current owners, not third parties. I have provided an HOA Addendum here in Documents and all the fees are on there per my conversation with Rolando (Resort Manager) 12/4/25.
