Holly is one of the 3 best streets in Jerome, in my opinion. Holly is pretty, it's quiet, and the neighbors rock! You'll love the absolutely jaw-dropping view from the living room wall of windows. Enjoy Sycamore Canyon, the Douglas mansion, and the beautiful East Ave homes all lit up at night. Formal dining room with a half bath and beautiful old real wood floors, big main bedroom, and the bathroom with (gasp) a real clawfoot tub. Owned by The Town of Jerome, sold ''as is.''
