Opened in 2007, in solid condition; a 2011 expansion added an adjacent building, raising capacity from ~450 to 870 beds. Housing includes ~96 single cells plus dorms of 12/24/48 (used for de-escalation). Infrastructure covers a commercial kitchen, industrial laundry, medical unit (exam, recovery, suicide-watch, negative-pressure rooms), intake, virtual hearing rooms, barber shop, commissary, staff areas, two control rooms, and eight rec yards. Full staffing needs ~204 employees (24 medical, 4 maintenance, 5 food-service, rest correctional/ops). Travel-nurse reliance is gone and costs have normalized. USMS and ICE drive most revenue; 100 ICE beds are contractually guaranteed, with Marshals given placement priority.
