Greetings from Sedona Property Partners – Broker/Owners of REMAX Sedona
Sedona has many opportunities for a 4th of July full of festivities! One activity that you might want to check out is the Firecracker Express.
Start your day with a picnic in the courtyard of the Verde Canyon Railroad. Then, after enjoying the patriotic music and the traditional BBQ, board the train at 1pm for a bird’s eye view of the Verde Valley.
Looking for an extra special day? Upgrade your seat to the Caboose. This is a single cart for six adults. You’ll get complimentary non-alcoholic drinks and appetizers through the entire trip. Call Verde Canyon Railroad for current pricing.
We’ve heard great things about taking part in the Firecracker Railroad during the 4th of July because it adds to the festivities. You can ride the historic railroad all day and still be back in time for the fireworks in Cottonwood. Cottonwood is located about 20 miles west of Sedona and is where a lot of locals gather for the firework show. So be sure to join the fun in daylight or just after sunset!
