- How soon are you ready to buy a piece of real estate?
- Do you currently own your own home?
- If yes, Do you need to sell that home in order to buy a new one?
- How do you plan to pay for the new Sedona Property we are about to find?
So ask yourself these questions and think about the responses. We urge you to maybe step outside the traditional conservatism and really think about the values available in today’s real estate market. With great values available and great mortgage rates, your timeframe may be sooner than you think.
